Prevail Bank is the best of both Time Federal Savings Bank and River Cities Bank. While Prevail Bank is a new name, they have been rooted in our communities since 1934. They first began our journey under the name of Medford Federal Savings & Loan. They’ve since changed our name to become Time Federal Savings Bank. They teamed up with another community bank, River Cities Bank, to bring you Prevail Bank; a bank with over 85 years of rich history within communities. This merger and re-brand has allowed us to offer more products and services to clients, at all of theirlocations.
